At New Arrivals at Body Candy, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
